Our bedroom spans the entire width of our home, with large east facing windows that draws in a lot of natural light. We maximized space by installing overhead shelving and seagrass baskets. With a touch of bohemian vibe, most of our bedroom decor is thrifted apart from the carpet, mirrors and bedding.
Industrial and botanical style inspired our office space. We are hoping to replace the IKEA poang corner chair with a leather West Elm chair in the near future. The desk top is from IKEA, the vintage filing cabinet was a thrifted steal for $40 on Kijiji and the old bankers chair was purchased at an antique store for $60 and refinished.
Minimalism with a touch of bohemian. We took down the bedroom door (as well as the office door) and refinished it by sanding and painting matte black. All the original brass hardware was scrubbed down and we love how it turned out. The bedroom is decorated with an old bed frame we inherited from family, a $2 painting from Value Village as well as pillow and sidetable from Target. The shelf was $6 unfinished pine at Home Depot which we sanded down, stained and installed with white $1 metal brackets. A few air plants in Anthropologie terrariums + hexagon wood shelves from Etsy finish off the decor.
Currently a mess from our kitchen renovation, our living room will see some love in the coming months.
